On 31 December 2021, the OMERIN Group signed, through its subsidiary UNION PLASTIC, the acquisition of 100% equity stake of APE Medical (Avenir Performance Européenne Medical), whose head office is based in Château Landon, Seine et Marne (77).
APE Medical is a high-tech company in the Healthcare Plastics sector founded in 1989, specialising entirely in the study and production of high-quality medical
devices for the pharmaceutical, diagnostic and veterinary markets. The company has a production area of 2000 m², including 250 m² of ISO7 clean room and a quality assurance system based on ISO 13485-according to Good Manufacturing Practices; with CE class Is marking and FDA approvals. Perfect management of its industrial processes has been the key to its success.
